Visitor to conversion percentage doesn't have to increase although its even better if it does, its a simple equation, if you get 3% of sales from 100 visitors, you have three customers spending, if you have 1,000 visitors and 3% convert and buy, that becomes 30 customers spending, so its fair to say, more visitors, more sales. You can concentrate on getting a better conversion rate, once you have a good flow of customers, the important thing it to get visitors to your site (your shop window).

Due to a combination of factors, monthly visits have increased dramatically and it the combination of changes that make the difference. There is a higher impact from social media interaction using platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and 'X'. Social Media played a major part in driving traffic to the website.
Over time more and more products where added to the website meaning more pages created, thus meaning more links available on search engines such as Google and Bing, therefore more page impressions showing as more and more people search the internet for army and military products and supplies. This helped increase the number of visitors but ultimately the biggest impact for this website is from the owners interaction with social media. Constantly promoting the business & new product lines through platforms like Instagram, this lead to more followers and again more site visitors. Content is extremely important, Feltons website has over 500 products, each product represent a webpage and a potential search link to be picked up.
